Lord Kass Fursuit Head

I promised to upload some better pics of my Lord Kass mask (my second fursuit mask ever), so here they are. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out... it fits multiple people within a reasonable head size range, is comfortable, has room for a cooling fan in the beak that draws air in through the nostrils, and has some semblance to his character (as done in my style). However, I have to say that I will be redoing this mask in the near future. The beak itself is wonky (which you can definitely see from the front view), and should have been done in something lighter than Sculpey. Probably resin. Although at least it's really, really solid.

And I definitely need to re-cast the eyes. My resin doesn't seem to want to harden completely (I suspect it's the Florida humidity) and I keep getting semi-sticky eyes with bubbles in them that look blank from the side (the front of the mask). I've tried adding more of the hardener (I was going with a 1:1 ratio as per the instructions), and it seemed to do better, so I'll go with that and letting them sit longer before I take them out of the mold.

Harsh critiques highly encouraged. In fact, I beg for them. Someday I'd like to make these on a commission basis, and I need to get much better.
